The rules for using Damon Salvatore AI Trend - your photo, prohibited content, credits and accounts.

These terms govern your use of https://damonsalvatoreaitrend.com ("Damon Salvatore AI Trend"). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: support@damonsalvatoreaitrend.com.

Who can use Damon Salvatore AI Trend

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Damon Salvatore AI Trend.

What Damon Salvatore AI Trend does

Damon Salvatore AI Trend generates a short AI video from one photo of a person you upload. An AI video model generates a new video of the person in your photo in one of two fixed templates of the Damon Salvatore trend on TikTok: the church walk (also called "Replace my namesake"), where they walk into a church, then appear in a close-up, a convertible, a night scene and a kitchen, or The Damon edit, a montage of the person in a dim room, at night, in a convertible, in a kitchen and outdoors. Each video is delivered as a square file and a 9:16 vertical copy. It works only with these two templates: you cannot upload a video or audio of your own, and there is no text prompt. Videos are generated by third-party AI services we contract with. Damon Salvatore AI Trend is our own product and is not made or endorsed by those providers or the makers of the AI models we use. It is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with The CW, Warner Bros., any cast member of The Vampire Diaries, TikTok, Instagram, CapCut or PixVerse. Every video keeps the face from your photo; Damon Salvatore AI Trend never turns you into an actor or a character. Damon Salvatore AI Trend does not provide stills or logos from the show. Videos come with the trend's soundtrack, which belongs to its rights holders and is not licensed to you; platforms may mute or restrict posts that use it, and you can mute it and pick a sound inside TikTok or Reels instead.

Your uploads

Before every generation you must confirm: "The person in my photo is me or an adult who agreed to this video; no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content." By confirming, you represent that:

  • The person shown is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video.
  • The person shown is not under 18.
  • The person shown is not a public figure, celebrity or actor.
  • You took the photo yourself or have the right to use it.
  • The content is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

The show and its actors

The trend is inspired by a scene from The Vampire Diaries. You may not present a video as made, sponsored or approved by the show, its studio or any cast member, or as real footage from the show.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use Damon Salvatore AI Trend to:

  • Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
  • Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
  • Depict minors in any way.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Attempt to bypass free-video limits, credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the person in your photo, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels and other platforms. Every video is labelled as AI-generated; keep that label when you post it. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

  • New accounts receive 10 free credits (2-second preview video) once per person.
  • Credits are bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions.
  • Credits from packs do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, and charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
  • Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy.

If you believe content generated with Damon Salvatore AI Trend infringes your rights, email support@damonsalvatoreaitrend.com with the details. We review and act on complaints within 48 hours.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Disclaimer and liability

Damon Salvatore AI Trend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
